Returns Policy

Delivery
All goods are delivered to your home by Royal Mail or DHL (inside the United Kingdom). We aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days. If there is a problem, you will be notified and given the option to cancel. If the shipping agent is unable to deliver your package because you are not available to sign for your goods, or because you have supplied inaccurate address information, we reserve the right to ask for you to pay for the package to be re-delivered. International shipments we will inform you if the shipping cost are greater before shipping international shippments take longer to arrive, and can vary depending upon the country and the customs and delivery services in that country. If any additional import taxes are deemed to be payable when the goods arrive in the destination country, the buyer will be responsible for paying them.

Returned Goods
If the goods that you ordered are faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. In the case of refunds, we will refund your card within 30 days of your instructions, provided that the goods have been returned safely to us without further damage.

CD's must be returned in an unopened condition if being returned for incorrect ordered item.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or replace items where customers have ordered the wrong item, or simply do not like the product. Please check carefully, before placing an order, that it is the correct item that you are ordering. If necessary, contact us to double-check before placing your order.

Cancellation Of Orders
You can usually cancel your order if you do so before your package has been despatched. However, this may not be possible if we have had to place a special order for your product from one of our suppliers, and they have already despatched the item(s). Please inform us as soon as possible (preferably by email) if you want to cancel an order, and if we can do so according to the conditions stated earlier, we will cancel your order and refund your card. If it is too late, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, SOLO, Cheques, postal orders or cash are only accepted by prior agreement. All card payments are made through a secure server held by, one of the world's largest credit card payment companies.

Prices And Shipping Charges
All prices shown are in UK Sterling and do not include shipping/packaging charges. Estimated prices in other currencies may be shown, but these are based on exchange rates that may have changed since the last update, and are therefore intended as a guide only. VAT is charged on UK or EU orders where appropriate. Any shipping and VAT will be shown at the checkout screen, before you finally confirm your order. There is also an opportunity to view your order total in various local currencies when you get to the credit card payment screen.

We operate from within the United Kingdom, and we charge VAT on orders where appropriate. We do not try to cheat the system by operating offshore, because we believe that it is Biblically correct to pay taxes to the UK government where they are due.

Our standard UK shipping charge is £2.50 for one item, and £0.70 for each additional item in the same order. Please refer to the checkout screen for shipping charges for overseas customers. If you intend to order multiple small items (eg Wristbands), please call to make special arrangements.

Unsolicited Emails
We guarantee that we will not give or sell your email address to any third party. We may email customers who have placed an order or joined our email list with information about new products and special offers, but you have the option to remove yourself from our email database at any time.

Statutory Rights
Contracts do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering Online
If you are concerned about ordering goods by credit or debit card over the internet, be reassured that online ordering is now more secure than other methods of buying in those situations where the cardholder is not present, such as ordering by telephone or even handing your card to a waiter in a restaurant.

We use the services of one of the largest and most respected card processing companies, worldpay started up in 1993, and was the first commercial bank-approved internet payment gateway in the world, and is now part-owned by the National Westminster Bank.

When you type in your credit card details, we will never see them. The screen where you enter them is a 'secure server' run by twmedia, where the usual credit card checks are performed. When your transaction has been approved (which takes a few seconds), we simply receive an email which tells us we can go ahead and process your order. The money from your credit card is collected by WorldPay and then forwarded to us later. We do have to pay a commission for this service, but we feel that the added layer of security which it gives our customers is well worth it.
